Position Overview:
Engageli is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will create go-to-market strategies and execution plans, including product positioning messaging. The Product Marketing Manager will capture customer needs, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into requirements for new features based on immediate impact.
- Market Research: Understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape; analyze market data to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Analyze product usage patterns to better position the product.
- Product Positioning: develop clear and compelling messaging for the Engageli product. Define and articulate the unique value proposition to the customer.
- Content development – develop marketing collateral, sales presentations, case studies, keynotes and interviews. Identify, write, publish, and promote thought leadership through case studies and blog posts.
- Business development, channel partnerships - Track and identify key competitive developments and train sales on positioning and scripts relative to the market.
- Sales enablement: provide sales teams with the tools and training necessary to effectively communicate product features and benefits; develop sales support materials and resources.
- Build product presentations, case studies, and other collateral materials in conjunction with the Partnership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, product management, to ensure alignment on product strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in, Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum eight years of experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably within SaaS, or other related Corporate industry.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Solid data analytics background to create meaningful conclusions to metrics.
- A great teammate, someone who can collaborate, ingest good ideas from wherever they originate, and quickly build trust and mutual respect
- Skilled communicator, both verbal and written, who can speak to customers and colleagues with confidence and influence outcomes.
- Ability to distill complex information into simple, digestible, and impactful messaging.
