Daphne’s distinguished career
Throughout her career, Daphne has led groundbreaking advancements in AI and education. With 18 years as a faculty member at Stanford University, she has earned numerous honors, including the MacArthur Fellowship. Daphne is also a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and was recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in 2012 and the 100 Most Influential People in AI in 2024.
In addition to her academic achievements, Daphne co-founded Coursera, a leading global online education platform, and Insitro, a biotech company using machine learning for drug discovery. At Engageli, Daphne serves as Co-Founder and Board Member, guiding the philosophy behind our AI approach and technology.
