These sessions aim to onboard lead instructors onto Engageli while gaining insights into their classroom needs. Engageli will share platform best practices and relevant pedagogical strategies based on insights gathered from these sessions.
We will provide a dedicated on demand Playback room with short videos and scaffolded active learning modules for instructor onboarding.
We will collaborate with the customer’s IT team and administrators on integrations in test and production environments and review workflows. We will develop playbooks based on insights from these sessions.
We will offer live support for the initial classes to ensure the accuracy of the written playbooks according to the customer's vision, providing instructors with real-time, unobtrusive support.
Instructors can participate in Engageli’s drop-in sessions with Partner Support Staff to discuss learning strategy simulations or inquire about product features.
Our support team will collaborate with the customer’s support team to create playbooks and provide access to support dashboards for ticket reviews. Regular reviews of support tickets will help identify workflow gaps, which will be addressed in the implementation process.

Administrator training sessions will be provided.
Design sessions will be held with instructors to discuss delivery strategies and effective use of Engageli.
The Engageli Help Center triages support requests through various channels, providing assistance via phone, email, chat, and Zendesk tickets 24/7.

Engageli measures learner engagement. The classroom data provides valuable insights into how learners participate during sessions and identifies areas for improvement in instructional design and delivery to enhance effectiveness. Individual learner data analysis can assess how engagement impacts learning outcomes and help identify students who may be falling behind.
All instructors have access to classroom engagement data in the Engageli portal, including metrics for Raise Hand, Chat, Poll, and Speak Time.
Enterprise accounts can optionally use APIs to extract Engageli data directly into an institutional data lake for further analysis and visualization.
